Tender design for a family house using renewable energy.
The size of the building and its functional connections meet the needs of a family of four.

The building's size and dimensions are such that it can accommodate a family of four people. The private zone, i.e. the bedrooms, is located on the reception level of the building, and the communal spaces below, taking advantage of the slope of the plot, so that the kitchen-dining-living room has direct access to the garden.

A wind generator is hidden in the roof deck to take advantage of the longitudinal and transverse winds running across the roof surfaces. This generator harnesses the wind entering through the two air intakes on the roof ridge and the two shorter vents on the roof of the container roof, and in addition to generating energy, it also cools the attic.
In order to reduce the energy output of the building, the deck has a classic thatched roof, which increases the thermal insulation of the building and is a reference to the use of natural materials in Hungarian vernacular architecture. Also the gable-roofed building form used in historical architecture was adapted to contemporary architecture.
