The project is for the extension of an existing brick-architectural building of an ironworks colony built in the early 1900s. The task was to add an attic and extend the building towards the rear garden.
The original brick façade was retained, but the extension was given a distinct contemporary, yet neutral style to reflect the original 100 year old façade architecture.
The extension part is characterised by a homogeneous appearance.
